LOAD ABSTRACTS AND SCHEDULE 8.59 MB
Main goal of the conference is to attract researchers from countries of Asia and Asian-Pacific Ocean Region, other countries to fulfillment of joint investigations and scientific collaboration.
The abstracts up to one page in WORD (*.docx) should be submitted by e-mail before May 01, 2022 to: parinov_ia@mail.ru and duplicated to iparinov@sfedu.ru . Authors will be notified by June 01, 2022 whether the contribution has been accepted.
The format to be used is a text within one standard A4 page. A 12point font should be used. The title appears centered. It is separated by an empty line from the author’s name, also centered. The name of the author who presents the contribution should be underlined. An empty line separates the name from the author’s affiliations and e-mail of corresponding author, also centered. The Abstracts book will be published before conference.
The proceedings will be published as two edited books:

by Springer Nature, Cham, Switzerland and
Proceedings of the 2023 International Conference on "Physics, Mechanics of New Materials and Their Applications
by Nova Science Publishers, New York and also in the International journals (SCI journals):
"Applied Sciences" (MDPI) ,
"Modern Physics Letters B" (World Scientific Publishing),
"Journal of Advanced Dielectrics" (World Scientific Publishing)
and
"Mechanics of Composite Materials" (SPRINGER, USA) .
All journal papers will be published after peer review process
(additional publishing fee will be needed for first two journals).
The deadline for contributions to the proceedings (SPRINGER, NOVA) submitted electronically by the
authors is

All full-text publications should be submitted by e-mail to:

It is assumed the length of:
- the Springer manuscripts will be up to 15 pages,
- Nova manuscripts will be up to 6 pages
- and journal papers will be up to 10 pages.
Instructions for preparing the manuscripts will be sent to all presenting authors after
the abstracts have been accepted.
The official language of the conference will be English .
Preliminary registration will be available by e-mail. Corresponding Registration Form will be presented in the information distributions of PHENMA-2023 Secretariat and should be submitted with corresponding abstracts by e-mail to parinov_ia@mail.ru up to May 1, 2023 .
All full participants must pay the Registration Fee up to October 1, 2023 , which will be US$400 and include social and technical programs, coffee-break, book of the Conference Abstracts and electronic version of the Conference Proceedings. The electronic versions of the Conference Proceedings published after conference will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding authors by the Conference Secretariat.
For young scientists (up to 35 years old, ID needed) special registration fee is stated which will be US$100 . This registration fee does not include the Conference Proceedings, too.
The Abstract book with Conference Schedule, tickets for social events and other conference materials will be available at the Conference Registration Desk.

Surabaya, provincial capital of East Java and Indonesia’s second largest city, served for over half a millennium as trading port for the inland empire of Java. Situated at the mouth of the Brantas River, the city was officially founded by 1293, when raden Wijaya established Majapahit, Indonesia’s most glorious empire on the site of a legendary battle between a shark (sura) and crocodile (baya). Surabaya is also home to one of Southeast Asia’s oldest and largest zoos. For travelers in East Java, Surabaya serves as a convenient base for exploring the regions many charms, including Mt. Bromo, the cool mountain retreats of Tretes and Malang and the natural wonders of several nature reserves.
East Java is one the republic of Indonesia’s provinces, occupying on area of some 48.000 square kilometers just south of the equator. Including the island of Madura, it accounts for a little more than a third of Java’s total land surface and supports a population of almost 33,000,000 inhabitants.
Surabaya, is the commercial and administrative capital of East Java, a thriving business and industrial center and province’s main port. Second only to Jakarta in size and importance, the city has population of around 3 million residents. From the port area of Tanjung Perak ferries leave regularly for Madura, and air services to and from Surabaya’s Juanda Airport connect the city with Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Bali and other parts of Indonesia. Surabaya is a progressive capital undergoing rapid change. In fact, Surabaya now enjoys the reputation as being the cleanest city in Indonesia, equipped with every modern facility and offering a standard of accommodation to suit every taste and budget. As Industrial City, a tour around the estate will give you good nation of its considerable size and the variety of companies located there. Surabaya is also famous as the best city for shopping.
